Revit BIM Experience Award 2009

This year will be the third year of the Hong Kong BIM appreciation award organized by Autodesk Far East Limited. The Revit BIM Experience Award celebrates building industry professionals and educators in Hong Kong who are helping to drive transformation of the building industry through building information modeling (BIM). Winners are selected for a range of accomplishments, including innovative use of BIM in building design decision(s), sustainable design decision(s) and business practice transformation.

All BIM users are invited to submit report on their innovative use of BIM in their project(s), from any stage of a building life cycle. Awards are granted to multiple disciplines including architecture, structural and MEP engineering, and construction.

AIAB Conference 2008 - WHY BIM?

Over 200 attendees joined the 4th year of AIAB BIM seminar. This is the fourth year in a roll to be organized by AIAB co-organized by Autodesk. The theme is WHY BIM?
The content of this year was informative.  It is great to see more and more companies to implement the BIM application especially the Housing Dept which they have a big move on that and they can catalyze the progress of implementing the BIM application in HK.
